@froggie83 Sorry the scale went up! Seems like you know why though. Usually it's bloat from some bad eating and if you get back on track quickly it comes off but if you stay at a bad eating pace it may hang around. It's a hard cycle to get out of though. That drink sounds delicious!
@tanyachap Sorry everyone is sick! I almost NEVER stop eating when I am sick lol. I probably eat more! I hope you all feel better.
@preciousnd98 I have seen some chia pudding recipes. I should try some myself. I never heard they were good for bloating. I should use them more often! What kind of stomach issues are you having? What is in the supergreens thing? I am really getting tired of my issues and really need to do something about them. I read the IBS book my mom gave me but IDK if I really have that. I am leaning more towards gluten sensitivity....and lactose of course. I have not had ANY dairy for 2 days and I still have some trouble although not severe. I am thinking I may try to cut out dairy AND gluten and see how I feel. I was only going to try for a week which I know isn't as long as is recommended but I think I want to get tested so I can't totally cut it out. I just wanted to see how my belly felt after a few days of no gluten. I have done the low carb diets and have felt very good on them but I have always snuck in some gluten products - a few goldfish, 1 slice of bread, a few crackers, etc. For one week I plan to not have ANY of either diary or gluten and just see what it's like. I made a list of foods I can eat and surprisingly it's not all that terrible!
I went out for my bday dinner last night and I did ok stomach-wise. Calorie-wise wasn't too bad. I was up to 900 before I left so even if I had 1,000 I didn't go too far over my daily limit. Today may not be so great either though.....oy....
I am down to 131.2 though! Happy with that so far. I lost about 6lbs in a month. I'll take it. If I can do that for the next 3 months I would be at my goal! Seems so simple and yet so difficult!
