So now the storm has been updated to a blizzard with 20-30" of snow expected. LOTS of exercise tomorrow! Holy crap
This morning I was 134 but I am sure that is just extra water. I tried to be good with water today but I didn't do well. The entire weekend I stayed either on the mark or under my calories so I am really proud of that. And today is ending well too as long as I don't blow it at night. I bought 3 bottles of wine because they were on sale but I still want to stick to only drinking it on the weekend. However considering the storm conditions and the amount of shoveling I will have to do tomorrow I think I will have earned a glass by tomorrow night lol! I NEED to get down to 132 by Friday.....
@tanyachap WTG! Hang in there! I hope you see a good # on Friday. Thanks for the recipe. I may give that a try. I am SO bad at eliminating foods for extended periods of time! I guess I have very low willpower!
@Cosmo Congrats on getting so close to your first goal! The BEST is when people start to notice and comment! Keep it up! As for the IBS that is totally possible. My mom has it and my doctor has kind of suggested it but it's also hard to know what causes problems. I think it's different with everyone. My mom seems more sensitive to things than I. Also she gets different symptoms. It's really just the gas and bloating and cramping for me but they are debilitating at times. No constipation or diarrhea which is why I never really thought I had it. I would really benefit from a FULL elimination diet but I would have a hard time following that strict of a diet for 2-6 full weeks. Thank you for the list though and I will try to revise some of my diet to utilize those foods more. I will totally share that with my mom too!
@froggie83 That is very interesting! 45 mins! I am definitely not up to that amount of "cardio" lol. I have that issue with having too small a dinner sometimes. I don't wake up and eat but I will look for more snacks before bed. If you can find a healthy, low cal snack that would be good. I am loving rice cakes lately! I have 1/2 tbsp of PB on one with some thin apple slices on top. It's less than 100 calories and it's filling! I especially try to follow it with 16oz of water. I feel like the rice cake absorbs the water and it keeps me full longer.
