Tif you are funny you keep lowering your goal weight lol. Way back you were at 150 then went to 145 then to 140 now 135-140 lol. My ultimate is 110 but I will see what life is like at 115 when I get there....
This weekend was hard but I think I made it through. Friday was fondue night and I ate a TON and was really full plus 3 glasses of wine! Well it was 2 glasses but they were 8oz each. Oy. Saturday I made up for it and only ate about 750 calories for the day and that included 2 glasses of wine at night. I don't usually do that nor do I recommend it but I just was not hungry. I try not to make a habit of going that low on calories but after a high calorie day I like to try to even things out.
Yesterday was bad too and I probably consumed a good 1800-2000 so I am trying to keep it low today. I am definitely ovulating so I am not getting on the scale until at least Thurs or Fri. I have been wearing my wedding band more often. It finally feels more comfortable but still not something I feel like I can wear all the time. By the end of the day it gets too tight. I am hoping a few more pounds and I can wear it all the time
I have not run in a while but FINALLY did my kettle bell workout today! It was only about 15 mins but my arms and legs felt like jelly after! I also did the hula hoop....got to 6 mins! I keep getting better and better! I will try to do both again tomorrow as I can't run tomorrow. Hopefully I can run on Wed and Fri.
