Welcome and congrats! You will probably continue to struggle because honestly I am 13 weeks pregnant with my 5th and I continue to struggle. I stare at the pantry and fridge over and over hoping some sort of craving or inspiration I haven't already stared at for 20 mins will magically jump out at me! When you grocery shop, try to go for your taste bud instincts and keep a variety of fruits and veggies but in small amounts. Sometimes I think strawberries sound amazing so I will get 2 packs only to be over them after 2 days and 1 pack down, it's fine you can just freeze them, but then I lack the quick option of just grabbing a pear! But a just 1/2 of different fruits/veggies and see how that works out for you. Same with meals. I try to plan out my big dinners and then also keep quick options when I don't have the time/energy. Try to keep it healthy when you can but also don't feel bad or guilty to throw that frozen chimichanga in the Micro!! I can scarf two of those down without a bat of my eyelashes!
