Sophia will be 3 in a month November 15th. I am very keen on giving ample notice. I have friends that work all the time and have tough bosses so I typically give one month's notice so if anyone needs to ask off they have plenty of time. Well I went ahead and sent out the invites yesterday. Our crowd is typically right under 20 people including us four and if the parents all show up. I got word today via directly from the restaurant's Facebook we use for parties most of the time they are closing their doors no later than November 2nd. I just called them to make reservations like two weeks ago. I would think they would have known they were closing and could have say "Sorry, Ma'am we are not taking reservations we are going to close on such and such date". Nope they scheduled it granted they do not charge for the room so no money is lost but, its an annoyance. I am stuck we wanted to start having parties at our new home but, we did for the first time in July for Cody and we were mostly outside but, inside it was cramped and overwhelming. We are still having a birthday party. We have a local pool that also offers cabins all year round with heat and a/c for about $80.00 all day. We have some beautiful parks but, crazy weather in November? Would you go for a cabin if its not booked or take the chance with a park? The park could be as cool as 40 degrees in November possibly colder.
